CC0 1.0 Universal

To the extent permitted by law, RPG Data Project dedicates its original published datasets and the original explanatory text on this website to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal.

You can copy, adapt, redistribute, and use this material, including commercially, without asking permission. Attribution is appreciated but is not a condition of CC0. For research, linking to the dated release and its revision helps other readers understand exactly which data you used.

Read the CC0 summary and the full legal text.

What this covers

The dedication applies to material the project is entitled to release. It does not claim rights over games, books, artwork, trademarks, community posts, or other third-party material. A link to an external source does not put that source under CC0.

Data is provided without warranties. Check the relevant release’s coverage and methodology before drawing conclusions.
